<p>It is finally done and available for download by the general public. I profusely apologize for how long it has taken. I procrastinate. There is no other excuse. It would still be incomplete if not for the fact that we decided it should be included with <a href="http://panic.com/candybar">Candybar 3</a>. I basically <span class="caps">HAD</span> to get it done or risk being the sole reason for delays in the release of this completely redesigned version of Panic and The Iconfactory&#8217;s magical icon switching and organization tool.</p>
