No signal - is an "screensaver" that imitates a kind of noise-picture
appearing on a TV screen when the "carier" is absent

This is only beta version, so there are some problems with a sound
output and the setup section has no user-friendly interface :p

Put No signal.scr into your windows directory where other SS are.

Preferences:

minimum brightness - (0 to 1)
maximum brightness - ...
number of dots - (default 30000)
use bilinear filter - (0 - don't use)
pattern scale
play sound (0 - off default)
mask black pixels - (0 - no)

If you want to return to default values just delete config.cfg
